Overview
Competitor Teardown runs a product manager's competitive analysis end-to-end: how the competitor positions itself, where its pricing and packaging create openings, what actually defends its market, and where a focused challenger can wedge in.
The output separates observed facts from inference, scores each dimension, and ends with a wedge strategy plus a 90-day action plan with owners and measurable outcomes — not a wall of adjectives.
