We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and equivalent frameworks where applicable.

1. Filing a takedown notice

If you believe material on SkillVault infringes your copyright, send a written notice to 2894599828@qq.com including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on SkillVault.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Our response

Valid notices are processed promptly: we may remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the uploader. Frivolous or abusive notices may be challenged.

3. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing: your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court (or, if abroad, of any U.S. federal court where we may be found). We may restore material 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices are terminated.

5. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly materially misrepresenting infringement can expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
